Refund Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid GeoEcho subscriptions and other GeoEcho purchases processed through Paddle.

GeoEcho is operated by 四川未来三国企业管理咨询有限公司 (English translation: Sichuan Weilai Sanguo Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.).

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle Checkout. Paddle handles payment processing, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, subscription billing, returns, and eligible refunds.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time using:

  • the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt;
  • available billing controls in your GeoEcho account; or
  • Paddle Buyer Support at https://paddle.net/.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access until that date and will not be charged for a later renewal.

Deleting an account or ceasing to use the Service does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Use one of the cancellation methods above.

3. Refund Eligibility

Except where applicable law, Paddle’s buyer terms, or Paddle’s refund policy requires otherwise, completed transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Paddle may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Refunds may be available where:

  • mandatory consumer law provides a cancellation or withdrawal right;
  • the Service was materially defective or materially different from its description;
  • a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred;
  • Paddle determines that a refund is appropriate under its policies.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

4. Technical Problems

If a persistent technical problem materially prevents you from using a paid feature, contact [email protected] and provide:

  • your account email;
  • the affected feature;
  • relevant dates;
  • screenshots or error details where available;
  • troubleshooting steps already attempted.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may submit a refund request to Paddle.

5. How to Request a Refund

For purchases processed by Paddle, request a refund through:
https://paddle.net/

You may also use the support link in your Paddle receipt or subscription-management page.

Paddle may request transaction details and may consult us regarding product usage or technical issues. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method, subject to Paddle and payment-provider processing times.

Do not send payment-card details to GeoEcho support.

6. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want the subscription to renew.

Where required by applicable law, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights provided by that law will apply.

7. Abuse and Chargebacks

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, policy abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

If you do not recognize a charge or have a billing problem, please contact Paddle before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated.

8. Loss of Access Following a Refund

If a transaction is refunded, access to the corresponding paid subscription, credits, features, reports, or other purchased benefits may be terminated.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not limit rights that have already arisen under mandatory law.
