服务条款 · Terms of Service
最后更新:2026年8月13日
本政策以下方英文版本为准。The authoritative version of this policy is the English text below.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GeoEcho, including our website, applications, dashboards, reports, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by 四川未来三国企业管理咨询有限公司 (English translation: Sichuan Weilai Sanguo Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.), referred to in these Terms as “GeoEcho,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. The Service
GeoEcho is a software-as-a-service platform that helps customers monitor and analyze how brands, products, websites, and topics are mentioned, ranked, cited, or omitted in AI-powered search and generative answer systems.
Results generated by GeoEcho may depend on third-party platforms, models, search systems, data sources, geographic locations, prompts, and other factors outside our control. Results may change over time and may not be complete, accurate, current, or reproducible.
GeoEcho provides monitoring and analytical information only. The Service does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activity performed through your account;
- promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
You may not share an account in a way that exceeds the limits of your subscription plan.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Available plans, billing intervals, prices, currencies, usage limits, and included features are shown on our Pricing page or at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period;
- the payment method associated with the purchase may be charged for each renewal;
- prices may exclude applicable taxes;
- you may cancel future renewal before the next billing date;
- cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payments, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, subscription billing, payment-method processing, and eligible refunds may therefore be handled by Paddle under Paddle’s buyer terms and policies.
Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable product, billing interval, price, currency, and whether the purchase renews automatically.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If we offer a free trial or promotional period, its duration and conditions will be stated when you enroll. Unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may convert to a paid, automatically renewing subscription at the disclosed price.
We may limit eligibility for free trials or promotional offers to prevent abuse.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- attempt to bypass access, usage, rate, account, or security restrictions;
- reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- introduce malware or malicious code;
- access another person’s account or data without authorization;
- scrape or extract the Service in a manner not expressly permitted;
- use the Service to violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service unless we have agreed in writing;
- misrepresent GeoEcho results as guaranteed, complete, or independently verified facts.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or legal compliance.
7. Customer Content and Monitoring Data
You may submit information such as brand names, website addresses, topics, prompts, keywords, competitors, project settings, and other content (“Customer Content”).
You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, and analyze Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis necessary to provide Customer Content to us.
You must not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential credentials, payment-card data, health records, government identity documents, or other data that is unnecessary for the Service.
8. Third-Party Services and Results
The Service may interact with or display information derived from third-party AI systems, search services, websites, hosting providers, analytics services, payment providers, and other platforms.
We do not control third-party services and do not guarantee their availability, output, policies, accuracy, or continued compatibility. References to third-party products do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
You are responsible for evaluating GeoEcho reports before relying on them for business decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interfaces, designs, documentation, branding, reports, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your subscription for your internal business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you without permission.
11. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features.
Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes that substantially reduce paid functionality.
12. Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination
You may cancel renewal using the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, the available account billing controls, or Paddle Buyer Support.
Cancellation prevents future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law or the checkout terms provide otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or misuse. When the subscription ends, access to paid features may cease.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility and procedures are described in our Refund Policy. Purchases processed by Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and refund policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee:
- any particular AI-search ranking, citation, mention, traffic, revenue, or business outcome;
- that third-party AI systems will return consistent results;
- that monitoring results will include every relevant response or source;
- that the Service will always be available or free of errors.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoEcho and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
16. Indemnity
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify us against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Service, your Customer Content, or your material violation of these Terms.
17. Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence applies.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
